Respect the
Procession by participating in mournings and matam instead
of roaming purposelessly or chatting around.

Mominin are
respected to keep a vigilant eye on un-scrupulous elements
who always try to undermine the sanctity of the
processions in various negative ways and who thus bring a
bad name to Azadari and tashayyu itself . Please report
all such incidents to volunteers.

Azadaran-e-Mazloom-e-Kerbla(a.s)
are requested to please follow
the rules and regulations of the procession .

Organizations and Anjumans who arrange Niaz & Tabaruk for
azadaran-e-Mazlom (a.s), are requested to please
distribute it in queues to avoid any mis-handling of
tabaruk or any mess/panic .

Please follow the
leading scouts group to keep the procession organized
instead of hanging on sideways or pushing your way forward
through.

Please respect the
elderly people ,children and mominaat during the
procession.

Mominaat are
expected to be appearing Zainabi(SA) by wearing
proper Hijab and veils. ("Hijab is more revered than the
blood of martyrs")

Please follow the
instructions and cooperate with all Scouts.

Remain Calm
,Composed and excercise patience and vigilance in
accordance with the teachings of Ahlul Bayt (as).

Last but most
importantly ; Do never take the Law in your own hands if
some unscrupulous person is observed .Simply handover the
person to volunteers or report the incident to them for
immediate action .
