Education Department of Shaheed Foundation Pakistan organized a Seminar for the youth of martyrs' families here ,on sunday.

The aim of the seminar was to provide comprehensive counselling to the youth of Martyrs’ families for facilitating the selection of career of their choice ,suited to their capabilities and excelling their in.

Students and their guardians mostly mothers turned out in reasonable numbers to join the program. The program was hosted by Brother Reza on behalf of Shaheed Foundation Pakistan . The program started at 10 30 am and Brother Reza threw light on the objectives of the program .Brother recited Quranic verses to formally begin the program.

Soon after the recitation ,Brother Ali presented details of different career options available and institutions offering the corresponding education at the undergraduate and graduate levels.

The presentation covered many disciplines of emerging Engineering Sciences , Management Sciences , Finance and Accountancy ,Medicines and Allied fields. Young students took keen interest in knowing the comparative pros and cons of different fields and institutions .

The presentation was followed by a Short break for Zohrain prayers and lunch .

Soon after the Lunch ,Q & A Session commenced and the focus by and large was on CSS competitive exams . Panel Specialist Brother Farrukh Sajjad briefly discussed competencies needed to Pass the exam and its importance in the current scenario .

A prize distribution ceremony was held to encourage the consistently outstanding students from Khanwada-e-Shohada .

Quaid Shaheed Pride of Performance Award and Iftikhar-e-Shohada award were introduced . A total of 9 students won the awards, five were bestowed Quaid Shaheed Pride of Performance Award while remaining four were conferred with Iftikhar-e-Shohada Award.

Brother Mohsin Jaffri , a renowned speaker delivered a very interactive presentation on ‘How to Stay Positive During Tough Times in Life’ .

Agha Dr. Zahid Ali Zahidi, a distinguished Academician and Religious Scholar gave a lecture on Akhlaqiyat specifically focusing personality development.

The program ended at 4:30 pm and everybody recited in unison Dua-e-Faraj to end the program. Tea was served at the end and Souvenirs were distributed to the participants of the seminar.
